Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, destination, and shipping method selected. Applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 14 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated shipping and delivery time.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at littlehorizons15@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a package that has not arrived.
Please include your order number and, for damaged packages, photographs showing the condition of the package and product so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Trove Finds and Little Horizon LLC are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages delivered to an incorrect address when incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at littlehorizons15@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
